Kit Neale Men’s A/W ’15

Looks like menswear designers are becoming warmer to the idea of color and texture in their collections. Who said, men’s fashion needs to always be black and white, anyway. We all like the clean and simple look but it’s the difference that get’s people talking. For Autumn/ Winter, Kit Neale has shown his creative vision with the theme of circus.

And no we don’t think it has anything to do with Britney Spears 2007 album ‘Circus’.  At least think it doesn’t.

Seeing all the bring colours, textures and prints for autumn/ winter season was rather refreshing as we think that we all can admit that those cold months are usually associated with leather, blacks and greys. For this season Kit and Neale decided to take a bit different approach to it.

With the bold and grand ascetic of the clothes and graphic patterns the British emerging designer brand continues to explore British culture and it’s lifestyle through the use of statements prints and bold artworks. The collection that brings its inspiration from the work of Fred G. Schiaparelli’s 1938 Circus collection as well as exportation of typography in posters and the travelling lifestyle. The new collection uses a strong graphic approach to their exploration of the circus theme, with less of illustrative style which is known for the brand.

Brining collaborations with different designers and artists for its autumn winter collection, Kit Neale has collaborated with Anddrew Logan to create the bold and textured jewellery, which brings such a unique statement to menswear. And as one of the most recognisable accessories for menswear are usually hats, Bailey of Hollywood has joined Kit Neale to create simple bowler hats in reds, orange and blues.

The last collaboration included Shackleton bags showed us a menswear tote bags, with leather finish and graphic prints of letters.  We love how Kit Neale has bought menswear fashion to complete different level, brining the colourful and unique side of British fashion. Because fashion doesn’t need to be boring.
