CASELY-HAYFORD showcased their AW16 collection at the 180 strand this year. This gorgeous collection named IRREGIMENTAL YOUTH with the concept of old and new military uniform re-created into an anti-establishment individuality.
There are a lot of highlighted colours in the collection, through to the use of 60’s military fashion, with lots of Skinheads and 90’s rave culture, this really does pump a various amount of anti-establishment and difference.
Making the catwalk are some unique pieces which have some vibrant colours and wild prints.Casely-Hayford collaborated with American shoe brand Sperry, offering up the old and the new showing off old style boat shoes with a new lift, the teddy boys of the past would have loved these! Throughout the collection, Caseley-Hayford really does offer some unique and daring pieces, combined with the new style that could be worn every day. With exaggerated jackets, designs and shapes this has to be one of my favourite collections during LCM, one of my favourite piece really does have to be the highlighted blue jacket.
